Michael, thanks for the reply. After trying most everything I could
think of (not a bad thing, forced me to get the crosstools env set up
on my linux box) it turns out that there's just something about that
card the hardware just doesn't like. Who knows... I bought a new
(bigger, faster) card, and it works like a champ.
