And on 2.6 kernel running on desktop/x86 it works without any problem? So it's
just ARM related, or exactly ep93xx related? If it's just ARM/ep93xx
related(maybe some issue in USB stack).

Maybe it's just incompatibility between userspace toosl and kernel code.
