Looks like you are using Linux IRQ 33 (ISA IRQ6) on the CF board.  Have
you got anything else trying to use that IRQ?  You might try moving the
JP3 jumper to JP4 and passing "options=ide0,0x108,0x106,40" to see if that
works better.
