[ts-7000] Cannot boot into redboot in TS7300

Hello,

I cannot boot into redboot on my TS7300--when it boots it does the 
standard

I tried holding down control-c even before I plugged the board in, and 
also tried many times hitting control-c in varying rates after the 
board was plugged in. I read that flow control must be set to none--I 
did that, and I set the baud, parity rate, and stop bits according to 
the manual. Any ideas? It'd be great to get this working..! Thanks for 
any help
