Why fdisk defaulted to a partition type of 0xb or 0xc who knows, but the
proper partition type should be 0x83 (linux). You can set this by
running 'fdisk /dev/<device>' where device is say hda for on a TS7200.
Then hit T at the prompt, enter a partition number, which would probably
be 1, then enter the code 83, hit enter, type W, hit enter, confirm, and
tada it's done
