[ts-7000] Embedded browser

I've been looking for an embedded browser that can do javascript and
works on one the the TS boards.  I've been successful in getting
Konqueror embedded running, but it is huge and slow.  

Looking around I discovered hv3, a browser written in Tk/Tcl.

which looks promising.  The developer is looking for help with the
javascript and performance stuff.

I am working on getting Tk/Tcl running on the TX7xx0 boards using
microwindows and nxlib.

I guess this is a request for devs who might need a browser to look at
this one and see if it's something we can adapt to the TS7xx0 boards.
