I believe I was the one you spoke to at embeddedarm.com. Below is a copy
of your question on my response.

  Debian is preloaded on all CF cards.

I should have also mentioned that the TS-7200 board is the only TS-7xxx
board with a CF socket and the TS-RF2 is the only daughter board for a
TS-7xxx product that has a CF socket. If you are using a TS-7300 and have
a TS-RF2 then you can use the bootload program to boot to a CF card. If
not then you have no CF socket to plug the CF card into. Contact me off
list if this is the case and I can review your order to see if the wrong
card was shipped...
