You should have recieved an SD card not a CF card. Contact 
Technologic Systems about a swap.

Otherwise download the SD card image from their website and dd it to 
a blank card.

When you power up with the TS SD card int the left hand slot (looking 
from the connectors) you should get a prompt on the screen/console in 
around 2.5s.
