Hi,

I did the same on my TS7260 some weeks back.  Check out:

It might be close enough if you get the correct files from the FTP site.

I don't think adding a SD card socket will help unless you have the
PLD updated to drive it, and in any case, the code you ran is, I
suspect, for the SD card driver update for the TS7400 and won't work
properly on your TS7250.
