Bulent, I too have not had success with Quartus 6.0 so far but the 
current web edition from the Altera website works fine. 2 minutes ago 
6.1 arrived at my desk so I'll give that a try soon.

If you have a second computer available I'd recommend giving the web 
edition a try and see if that's your problem. I found that just 
rebuilding the unmodified ts7300_opencore on Q6 didn't work so your 
problem might very well be related to the Altera tools.
