I'm so close to figuring this out!

......I have a nfs server on 10.10.6.86
these are my TS redboot startup commands......



fis load vmlinux
exec -c "console=ttyAM0,115200 ip=dhcp nfsroot=10.10.6.86:/home/nfs"



WITH NFS SERVER OFF...................

IP-Config: Got DHCP answer from 10.10.4.1, my address is 10.10.6.69
IP-Config: Complete:
      device=eth0, addr=10.10.6.69, mask=255.255.252.0, gw=10.10.4.1,
     host=10.10.6.69, domain=, nis-domain=(none),
     bootserver=10.10.4.1, rootserver=10.10.6.86, rootpath=
NET4: Unix domain sockets 1.0/SMP for Linux NET4.0.
NetWinder Floating Point Emulator V0.97 (double precision)
Looking up port of RPC 100003/2 on 10.10.6.86
Root-NFS: Unable to get nfsd port number from server, using default
Looking up port of RPC 100005/1 on 10.10.6.86
Root-NFS: Unable to get mountd port number from server, using default

now here is the question.... what do i need to have in the /home/nfs 
folder on my nfs server for the redboot to work on my TS72xx....
