[ts-7000] TS-7260 with TS-BAT3: resume

Hi,

I can't believe both systems are broken so let me give a little
overview before I send the systems back:
* TS-7260 with 2.4.26-ts11 pre-installed
* using COM2 as console
* On TS-7260 we have next jumpers enabled: JP2, JP3, JP4, JP7, JP9
* nothing connected besides network cable and serial cable
* TS-BAT3 plugged in
* only JP5 is enabled on TS-BAT3
* 24V supplied on square connector
On both systems I first tried the modules send by Eddie.  Second I've
tried the peek8 command which gave me both the 0x0 result.
If I get the confirmation this system should work, we'll take the
necessary steps to send the systems back.
