I've tried 2 SD cards with the same result. 1 card is from TS (came
with TS-7400 dev kit) and the other card is a new sandisk 1GB I just
bought. Today I decided I'd see if I could get them to work on the
7400 and I get the same results there also. On the 7400 I can boot to
the TS SD card but not without errors such as the ones listed below. I
tried to boot to the card with the write protect switch in both
positions. If I boot to the 7400's onboard flash I get the same dmesg
output as the TS-7260.

Any ideas?

Partial dmesg output from TS-7400 SD card boot:

rm: cannot remove `/tmp/.clean': Input/output error
/etc/init.d/rcS: line 39: /tmp/.clean: cannot overwrite existing file
can't create lock file /etc/mtab~150: Input/output error (use -n flag

can't create lock file /etc/mtab~159: Input/output error (use -n flag

can't create lock file /etc/mtab~163: Input/output error (use -n flag
