Yes do change HZ. That way any part of the kernel that needs to know what
the number of timer interrupts per sec is will get the right value.
also the right value will be returned for the relevant sysconf system call
(I think!).

This does the actual work on this device. Maybe the code _should_
calculate the values to use from the above defined HZ value - as it is in
the i386 version - but it doesn't. It's left as an excercise for the
programmer :-)
