You can find the newest lcdmesg source code here 
http://www.embeddedarm.com/downloads/samplecode/lcdmesg.c. Keep in mind
this sample code is written for an alphanumeric 2x24 LCD that uses an
HD44780 Hitachi contoller. If you purchased your LCD from us then the
sample code should work, if not then you'll want to ensure you have an
LCD with the correct controller. Also you'll want to view the user's
guide to ensure the pins of your LCD are wired properly.
