As someone else said, com2 only has 2 lines; no hardware control at
all.  So if the thing on the other end needs hardware flow control,
you will have to build a null-modem cable that loops the appropriate
pins back to itself.  It's been a while since I've built one of those,
so I don't remember off-hand, but there are two pairs of pins that
have to be 'shorted' on the end that expects hardware flow control.

I haven't played with the various settings on the TS7200 end; maybe
you can turn them on via tioctl or something...
