Hi Randy,
There is a pinout chart in the latest TS-7300 manual (Page 35). Half
of the 40-pin header combined with DIO2 contains five signals for
each of Red, Green and Blue together with HSync and VSync and a input
to disable the on-board DB15 connection.
You would need to add the correct voltage buffers for the LCD panel
being driven and the correct connector. You'd also need the backlight
drive circuit.
Finally, I'm not 100% certain there wouldn't be extra signals and/or
timing changes, but these could be added from the spare FPGA signals.
I'll look into this a little more when the apollo displays website
