Hi Randy,
Check out the TS-7300. It can drive a VGA monitor via a DB15
connector, but the signals are available on a header which when
buffered
can drive a TFT panel.
Most ARM9 level devices with video capabilities
have an additional
built in video controller added - such as some Sharp
devices and the
Cirrus EP9312/15. This has issues with clashing with the
main CPU
over memory access, which lead Technologics to add the VGA display
via a FPGA.
