internaly the cpu has a 32 bit address range , the upper 4 bits 
are decoded as i had shown  
to provide the outputs for the CEnX pins  
but like i also said the space should be 256mb from the remaining 
bits of the address but being only 26 bits available you can only 
access a 64mb range in each 
the other bits of the addressing in each block is ignored  
 
but each CSnX pin relates to a seperate aria of memory that has the 
full 26 bits (64mb) of the external address bus for its address 
range

its memory map is not as tidy this way , but its simple and easy to
