Depmod is attempting to resolve all of the module dependencies,
but it is finding that ppp_deflate.o, catc.o, usb_net.o and
cramfs.o depend upon other modules that don't exist. If you
are not using these modules then the error messages are benign.
I'll look into where the symbols are defined, so these error
messages aren't printed in the future.
