[ts-7000] How to use the output capable of switching 1 Amp at 30 V?

I´m working with my ts-7250, and want to use the output capable of
switching 1 Amp at 30 V, but I haven´t found any information about it
except that the pin is number 4 in the DIO Header. Has someone worked
with this pin or could give me some information about it?
