Oops, I thought linux was transferred and executed from RAM.
So I do need to unmount the CF before powering off. Therefore the CF
build is not suitable for embedded applications where power
disruptions may occur.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to produce a low cost router
from the TS-7200 which can survive power loss?
Eventually I'd like to use the TS-7200 as my own low cost VPN router
(which would require free/open swan). Can anybody recommend a
different starting point?
