Subject: | [ts-7000] Ethernet power on-off from an application |

Hi, I need to turn on and off the power to the Ethernet chip of TS7200 from an application. I need to do this to save on power and turn on the Ethernet chip only when required. I read in the manual for the TS7200 that this can be done by setting/unsetting bit 2 of port H of GPIO. Is there any way this can be carried out from an application? Any syscall, macros, exported for this or do I have to write my own syscall? Or is there an application level interface for GPIO? Thanks and with regards, - Nagi Yahoo!
