I'm not sure what chip you are seeing there, but there is no RTC in that
picture. Perhaps you are seeing the MAX197 12bit ADC converter?
The 7200 has no battery backed RTC by default. Time starts anew each time
the board loses power. There is a small daughter card available that
contains the M48T86PC1. This is a big chip with the battery built into
the package and is for the most part the exact thing you would find in an
x86 PC. The 7250 has the clock module available as an option for the base
board (no daughter card).
