[pwc] can not compile pwc-10.0.12-rc1

hi everyone,

i am failing to build this module and hope someone can give me a few ideas.  here is my system:

2.6.28-18-generic #59-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jan 28 01:40:19 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux
