[pwc] Logitech Orbit Digital Zoom

According to specs I read here and there, the Logitech Orbit has a digital zoom. 
  It would make my life much better if I could use it.  Although I got somewhat 
excited when I saw the setpwc web-page said it could control the zoom, I quickly 
realized that was just a typo, as the current pwc driver has no connection to 
any zoom features.
So:  I understand the pwc driver well enough that if I just knew the correct 
request type, selector, and hint of contents to give to the SendControlMsg 
macro, I could quickly rig up my own ioctl to control the digital zoom.  Did the 
current list of types/selectors just come down from "on high" or is there 
someone on the list who has access to the actual low level protocol and can let 
me know how to proceed?
