Because of an error in the setting up of the Blacklist plugin on the
Motion/PWC/Open2300 TWiki the TWiki was talling anyone visiting the
TWiki that they were blacklisted.
It was triggered by an actual spammer who was caught, but unfortunely I had made a mistake when manually removing some IP addresses from a ban file so an empty line was left behind and that got interpreted as "everybody are banned". This was in the time period 12 December 2005 19:32 - 20:48 GMT Don't worry. You all have access again and noone are on any black lists.
