And you had the kernel-devel RPM for the 2.6.12-1.1387_FC4 kernel
installed when you built the module?
Something is broken in your build environment, because this worked
perfectly for me with the same kernel & pwc driver version just a few
days ago.
BTW, you shouldn't need to manually modprobe the module. It should
get auto-loaded when you plug in your camera.
