Thanks for sharing the link to the very interesting article. It agrees with=
all the points I was trying to make in this discussion. It was a little co=
nfusing as presented as the graphs require a lot of substitution of terms t=
o present it in terms of diameter. Once all the equations are solved for di=
ameter, the gain equation is the same as what we originally stated with an =
efficiency of 0.8. Wahlstrom had incomplete information regarding the effec=
ts of the microphone on the system. He also nicely showed the bass dip resp=
onse in some of the measured results and the calculations. I did catch a fe=
w misprints that lead to some confusion. Wahlstrom's article agrees well wi=
th most other information on parabolic systems.=0D
