Thank you for those who replied.
I originally started using a spreed sheet. I then found a database
designed for nature recording in Australia but the developer as found
other interests. Now I'm weighing up my options. Between the 2, I found
it is easier to get information out from a database compared to
spreedsheet. Thank you Martyn and Bernie for mentioning Soundminer.
