No responses about this aspect of the message I posted a few days ago, so I=
'm wondering if no one noticed it.

I've since learned that rechargeable lithium batteries are 3.6v, so I assum=
e one must use a single AA cell combined with a dummy AA wired through. Is =
it safe? And given that one would only be using a single battery, is there =
really any advantage in doing this, other than saving a little weight?

I like the idea of 78 hours run time, as quoted below.
