Thanks for sharing this! I thought you spoke eloquently and naturally to th= e reporter. I love your dismissal of the "what happens if you get hurt?" qu= estion. While I try never to display a cavalier attitude about safety in th= e backcountry -- I take it quite seriously -- I am always amused when peopl= e marvel that anyone would want to be alone for days on end. =0D =0D If a nature recordist goes out into the woods, and no one is there to hear= him, does he make a sound? =0D =0D =0D Best,=0D Oliver=0D |
