John,

I originally started with photography and migrated to video and sound recor=
ding. I have always used Sandisc pro cards. As a back up card I one time bo=
ught Transcend which created a very complicated problem. I called the servi=
ce department and they were extremely helpful. I had tried to solve the pro=
blem through different recovery programs and non of them could help until I=
 called the support. Hope they could help with your problem too.
