Just an introduction from a new member.

Hi everyone,

 I am Simon and I live in a small town on the banks of the River Thames. I =
started sound recording last year to inspire me to find a way back into mus=
ic making and get back to sound being my main occupation. Things are slow, =
but I have limited kit for the time being.

I have the Tascam DR-680 recorder with the rode ntg-2 and blimp with a JRF =
contact mic ( a second and a pair of hydrophones will be ordered soon)
I alsonrecordnwith a set of lavalier microphones mounted on headphones for =
binaural recording.

Lots to learn and kit to buy, but thank you for letting me join and I look =
forward to getting to know you all.
