This I can say....
Plastic box, as a cig pack, 9v battery that runs for some 300 !!!!!! hours.
When the SSM, the Clip-O'ns (or the coming Telinga LSX stereo parabol
for plug in power) is connected, the preamp can be connected to
"line" input, as long as the sound level is "average" that is, like
in a town, people talking, cars around. Recording a pop concert, is
"line" input and "3" level on Olympus.
Typical "SoundScape" level, the Olympus can be on "low" and the wheel on "2".
It runs with all recorders, of course.
It is not only that "PIP-mic running on 9 volt" it is more then that.
Sooner or later someone will take it apart and have a look, but I
prefer to keep quiet until then... :-)
