Vicki In addition to Raimund's data, is the obvious fact that these motorcycles do constitute an offensive noise (or should that read Offensive Noise?) under clause 14 precisely because they are virtually continuous, unlike, for example, your vehicle horn (or say Pied Butcherbirds, to be more on topic) which are essentially momentary.
