Now this is interesting information. When I first listened to your
bird and frog recording I realised that the S signal was too weak and
found that a 30dB S boost brought the stereo back.

This also makes the stereo image valid and I trust my ears more than
technology and I definitely heard two separate stereo sound sources -
the bird and the frog.

We know from later recordings on this list, and messages, that frogs
can respond to other species and human sounds, and that confirms my
orignial conclusion - that the frog was "answering" the bird. The bird
was not doing the "croaking".

BTW don't apologise for your good English. I speak two languages -
English English and a bit of American English - that's all. :-)
