Hi Jonh,
Yes, I habitualy used to put in the mic pr=E9 30db more in the mid channel,=
 I have read this information in the manual of the mic preamp
Apogee mini mp. Now I know that is better to make the same gain in the two =
ms channels. I have also one file with the mid channel in dual mono mkh40 a=
nd here in fact I recognize the paraboa amplifies the cardioid.

   Yes they where two flocks running in oposite directions.

Jos=E9

was less that in the mid aprox 25 db less. So it is maybe the cause. I have=
 made another recording after you have said that the sidewas much lower and=
 these one is with parabola: http://soundcloud.com/freitojos/120627t0600z-s=

with parabola so maybe you could compare the two, the previous ms without p=
arabola and the extra gain in the mid, and these one here same gain and par=
abola.
