> Actually it is, regarding the improvement to a good microphone - > stick it in an acoustic collector / tube / resonant cavity / fog > horn :) / parabolic mic etc and compensate the response change > electronically. Mike, I get about 12dB gain with my Brinibox without having to frequency compensate. That's how I get good recordings with rubbish mics but nobody has shown any interest so far. David |
