I'm all thumbs, and I built one. I was using an Altoids box, but decided it=
was to big, so I made one using a rigid 9V battery holder as the base, and=
once I was sure it worked well, I slapped some epoxy putty on it, made sur=
e I covered the circuit completely, smoothed it out, sanded it, and viola -=
a very compact battery box. It's about the size of 2 9v batteries, if that=
big. I left off an on/off switch - it's on when a battery is connected.
Nothing ventured nothing gained. I spent maybe 15 bucks, tops.

Do it,
Tim
