Chris at Church Audio makes mic sets and small preamps for the music taping=
crowd... His products are very good. However a battery box is something yo=
u should do yourself.

On the other hand, it can take a long time to build something like th=
is if you've never done anything like it before, and you might not have the=
time to start up what will become another hobby. I found this one on eBay =
for about $40 plus postage:

No idea if it'll work or not, but it's home made and I'm guessing it's the =
same design that's been suggested here. The dealer offers to customise it f=
or whatever high pass filter you want, so I imagine they might also be able=
to do some checking that it will work for you, given the specs of your mic=
s and recorder.

I'm all thumbs, and I built one. I was using an Altoids box, but decided it=
was to big, so I made one using a rigid 9V battery holder as the base, and=
once I was sure it worked well, I slapped some epoxy putty on it, made sur=
e I covered the circuit completely, smoothed it out, sanded it, and viola -=
a very compact battery box. It's about the size of 2 9v batteries, if that=
big. I left off an on/off switch - it's on when a battery is connected.

Nothing ventured nothing gained. I spent maybe 15 bucks, tops.

Do it,
