Tech Talk:

The Ultramic uses the AD7685 (93.5dB SNR Grade C part)

Synchronization may require both firmware update of the uC and extra hardwa=
re support to dual converters in chain mode. Or a new converter like the AD=
1974 might be a better choice.

An audio solution would be to overlay e.g GPS clock as audio in the signal =
path of both mics and process accordingly. Talk to Lars Kinderman about tha=
t.

By how many samples (or even ms) have you observed in terms of drift betwee=
n the two line models?

For portable units, Ive actually not tested my MR2 at 192Khz I dont hold ou=
t much hope above 40Khz..

EMU Tracker pre was the closest I got to 192Khz on a computer and then real=
ized its drivers stop at 48Khz, the new Lion driver is out so Ill test that=
 to 96Khz.

Currently playing with the Roland R26 which is surprisingly good for the pr=
ice, although that sadly doesn't solve your 192Khz requirement.

BR
Mike.
