Yeah to be clear, the D50 does not have XLR inputs. Sony do an 'addon' whic=
h
can add XLR inputs, but it is prohibitively expensive, and looks really
clunky/bulky as well.



I have recently got a D50 and I've completely discounted the XLR addon as
being impractical and not worth it. If you want XLR inputs, don't get a D50=
.

No - PCM-D50 has a stereo minijack mic input.
