The output impedance of the K6 module is 200 ohms and the minimal terminating
impedance of the recorder is 1000 ohms.

The 600 ohm telephone system has been designed for maximum energy transmission,
which requires that the output impedance of the sender is matched to input
impedance of the receiver. This principle was adequate for the ancient
telephones over 50 years ago.
This impedance matching rule however does not apply any longer to modern
microphones and audio recorders that have their own power supply and come with
sensitive electronic preamplifiers. The input impedance should now be instead
much higher than the output impedance, which will ensure that the output
voltage of the microphone does not significantly drop due to the connected
recorder.
