Thank you for that Dan!  It's true, everything you said.  A little perspect=

goes a long way.  25 years ago it cost me ten times what it does today to d=

I'm with you there--good sound starts with a good performance and skillful =

positioning, (in nature, a quiet and interesting location and ditto), and
nothing in post production changes that.
