Here is the info on my latest podcast done this June in the sage and junipe= r desert with a SD 722 and Sennheiser 30/40 MS pair: "This patch of desert doesn't look like much. And, most of the year, it do= esn't sound like much either. However, an hour before dawn in early June t= here are plenty of birds to hear. A Common Poorwill winds down his predawn= song. Common Nighthawks buzz and dive above. Listen for Lark Sparrow, Sa= ge Thrasher, Western Meadowlark, Brewer's Sparrow, Chipping Sparrow, Blue-g= rey Gnatcatcher, House Finch, Mourning Dove, Juniper Titmouse, and the dist= ant Common Raven, Long-billed Curlew, and Chukar." Check it out at www.7Loons.com or the iTunes Store under podcasts - Soundsc= apes for Birders Kevin www.7Loons.com |
