Thankyou all for your replies. I=C2=A0have been called a ludite befor=
e and its no
wonder! I just turned on the Zoom and indeed the 16gig card should=C2=A0hol=
d about 25
hours AT 44.1/16BIT. I know some of you have vast experience of recording o=
n
location for days/weeks.=C2=A0Just wondering (ball=C2=A0park) how many hour=
s would you
come back with after a week or so on location?
thanks again all.

It is not too different from what CDs will hold - 700 MB =3D 80 minutes
of audio (44/16).
For a rough estimate I'd be saying, allow 1 GB for every hour you
want to record, and then know that you will still have a handy surplus.
