Yes, I recently opened my SONY-M10 and with the help of Klas' knowledge on =
the various electret mic models, we figured out that the mic capsules in th=
e M10 are obviously something like Primo EM-172 capsules, but with a differ=
ent internal source resistor (470 instead of 100 ohm)
