I'm sure I would shop at B&H if it were local to me.  They are a high-volume
retailer - and I think do a good job of customer service given that.  And I
suspect they do a large portion of their business online now.

As it is, San Francisco has precious few pro dealers, and if the price is
the same I always take them my business.  Cutting Edge mainly, occasionally
Audio Images.
