Hi Everyone, I have not posted in a very long time, since my gear was stolen on a train two years ago. I figured the loss at 2 grand, and have felt like reinvestin= g in the same gear might not be wise. Then comes along the Sony PCM D10... affordable, portable and low profile... perfect for what I like to record. = I am in Korea, where the PCM was competing with Korean brands and were not allowed to be sold here until very recently. I have had it two days and really love the bonehead simplicity of it. In a few weeks I will be calling Thailand home for at least a year and look forward to collecting sound as much as possible. I love the fact that the micro sd format is used and that I can easily keep cards in storage without having to upload or carry around the now very bulky minidisc. to Rob D. and Aaron X. missed ya and love ya love ya love ya Mark R. |
